I've been reading alot about people buying fake tickets. And of course I bought mine so I'm getting nervous I might be in that boat and hope I'm not.

Anybody know how to spot a fake ticket?

You won't be arrested unless you try to re-sell them and they're fake. You will just be denied access to TS.

Even people who had bad tickets for the UF game were allowed in. However, they had to buy new face value tickets at the gate.

I read an article in the BR paper (tues?) They said the quality of these counterfeit tickets is very very good. They said it would take a knowledgeable person to spot it. The article said that just about the only way to tell was to have them scaned. Also said these were appearing at Fla. too.

They said "most" of the people who had bought fakes, were allowed to use extra tickets of the players that were not being used by family etc. Not as good seats, but still in the stadium.

I saw a special on the news where they showed the lil imperfections but the "Fake" tickets were pretty dam good, even Vincent say so.

One thing, the foil wasn't straight; the zero's were actually "O's", some of the words weren't in a straight line.

If they'll still allow you to buy one at face value and get in- that's going to be the next "Ticket" in the stadium. I'm going to make fake ones and say I bought them and I get in for only $45.00......since I really didn't buy the fake ones to begin with.

On the news when they talked to someone in the Athletic Department one of the ways were they had different fonts, and somethng about the alignment of certain things were off so I would just find someone who has some tickets already preferably from LSU and compare them.
