They just showed the USC vs. Hogs game from last year on FSN and man was that ugly. We all know LSU was waaaaaay better then the Hogs however I believe that USC would have beaten LSU by @ least 21. If the game was played at night in Death Valley, I think the game would have been more like the ND game w/USC winning at the last second. I would like to think that in 03 we would have beaten that ass no doubt.
if we played like we did against miami, it would have been a great game if we played like we did against say, arkansas for example, it woulda been REAL ugly
During the season I think we would have lost. LSU may have been able to keep it close, but I wouldn't be surprised by a blow out. If we played the Miami Fla game against USC, the nation would have forgotten about USC and jumped on the LSU bandwagon. That would have put unreal expectations on Miles' second season, which most likely would not have been met. I hate speculating.
2005 LSU vs. 2005 USC? I'd make USC a 2 TD favorite, easy. Why? The offense was out of sync somewhat all year long---early season, due to Katrina, later due to JR's post-Florida injury. USC had no trouble moving the ball on anyone, and LSU wouldn't have been an exception. Look, UT had one of the finest defenses in all the land and they were shredded by USC. LSU would have struggled to keep pace, even if USC's defense was no great shakes.
Who on here would have thought we would've beat Miami the way we did? The team would have gotten up for that game and whooped their ass. Do yall remember Miles' team when he played against OU. Leinart would have been crying after the game just like JJ Redick.
agree:thumb: Leinart would have been wishing he was in the nfl if they played us last year! If the game was played tiger stadium, we win by 14 points. Same result in the georgia dome(our home away from home)
