They probably think like alot of people who break the rules or the law, that they wouldn't get caught. Some one said earlier that Carey was an idiot, I think he just made a bad decision and he is paying for it dearly. Sometimes people pressure other people into doing things they ordinarily wouldn't. I don't think they should be suspended BUT that Is the rule.
