I find it hard to believe she'd win the Democratic seat even if she ran... Personally, I'd have no problem with her being a woman - I just don't like her specifically. But I think plenty of people wouldn't vote for her purely because she's a woman and Democrats wouldn't want to risk throwing away an(other) election.
I think if Clinton ran she would get almost 100% of the woman vote and the minority vote. However, I don't think any Republicans would vote for her at all. What would be interesting would be Condi Rice vs. Clinton. I would love that election. Or Even Guiliani/Rice vs. Bill Rodriguez (the governor of New Mexico)/Clinton.
