I've read from a couple sources that Jacob Hester had arthroscopic knee surgery several days ago, but that he planned on being back for the Sugar. I haven't heard anything since.

    Anybody hear anything definitive?

He's been at practice with the team, not working out but plans to be ready for the game. Miles stated it was a minor 15-minute surgery.

I talked with him on christmas day and he told me that he would be ready and that his knee felt 100% better. The doctors couldnt believe that he had play wit his knee for that long. They said any other person wouldnt have been able to run. The surgery was pretty minor. But he will be ready for the game.

he was in full pads, going full speed, and with the 1st team offense earlier today. He looked fine.
