Had 'um three times this weekend. 26 - 30 Count Shrimp. Peel and butterfly the shrimp. Put a "dab" of horseradish in the butterflied part of shrimp. Wrap in 1/2 strip of bacon. Put on greased pan that can be "broiled" Broil at 450 for 4 minutes, flip, 5 more minutes or until bacon is done. Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce of your choice. Eat 'um till you puke. Damn, these things are good.
Looks like a damn strong way to fix shrimp. I may have to fix some for lunch in a couple of weeks when I have time.
I'm going to have to try that. If you want an even easier way, just marinate them in barbecue sauce for an hour or so and then skewer and throw them on the pit for 2-3 minutes a side at medium heat. Nothing fancy but damn good.
