As much as I hate to admit it he was correct when he said we could be a team on the decline in OCT because he was not sure of our offense.

    qualification...our quaterback is suspect..

    wr: great
    rb: very good
    ol: very good
    te: good

qb: average to terrible...sorry , but true, Mauck is VERY average...tries hard, smart, but cannot thow an accurate pass over 50% over the time. Freshmen need to come around fast...

Wow, welcome to reality...one win over a good SEC team does not make you a BCS champion in Sept. This is the unpredictable SEC...believe it!

    What offense?

Mauck was horrible today. LSU wins that game with good QB play/throws. Did you see the time that the O-line gave him? Ridiculous.

It is so funny to hear a barner like yourself talk like this. People like you thought you were the BCS champion in August with zero wins.

can't put this all on mauck although he had a terrible game. penalties on offense and turnovers just killed us. also inability of defense to cover back out of backfield killed us also. tigers played flat and with no emotion today. florida just looked like the better team today

You can't quote me on that because I NEVER said Auburn would be NC....you can blame that on the sportswriters.

I think its time to possibly bring one of the freshman in for some PT. I'm not for starting one of them as of yet, Matt is the guy, any QB can have a bad day. Remember, there was at least 7 dropped passes and Henderson fumbled at the end of the game after catching the best pass of the day by Matt. It was clear that we had two - three pass plays that appeared to be a communication break-down between Matt and the receiver.

I said early on that we needed to prepare one of the Freshman QB's and not have to rely on the current #2 QB. If the #2 was up to the job, he would have come in to possibly spark the offense. I think we're in for a battle next week as well. I could take a loss to SC and even Bama, but not UF or AU. Next week will tell the character of this team.
