I was wondering what worries you guys (and girls) the most about the Auburn team. Personally I am worried about LSU's passing. I am still not that impressed with Auburn's secondary. Of course alot of the passing yards against Auburn have come when Auburn goes into that stupid two deep zone which leaves the 15 yard route across the middle open every time. If Auburn can get pressure on Mauck then that should help the DBs alot but if Mauck has time to throw it could be a long night for Auburn. Oh and put a spy on Mauck. From what I have been able to see, Mauck seems to be a pretty good scrambler. Well here's to a good game and may the best Tigers win. Hopefully that will be Auburn. Good luck Saturday.
IMO, Auburn's speedy LBs will be the biggest threat. Unfortunately, Mauck has become dependent on short passes and the running game (but hey, if it works, don't change it!) but Auburn has been getting progressively better as the year goes on. I would want Mauck to develop his deeper passing skills this week and then try to connect with Green, Henderson and of course, Clayton in the 25-40 yd+ range. Should be able to out-run the AU secondary there. Mauck doesn't have the power like Davey, but I'm sure he'll be able to connect if given the chance to practice it this week before the big game.
