Yesterday was Vince Dooley's last day as AD at Georgia. Vince is a rare individual having been a player, Head Coach and Athletic Director....all in the SEC. He is a real gentleman and someone with few enemies. Unfortunately one of those seems to be the Georgia President (Adams). I have know Vince and his wife Barbara for many years and hope fans everywhere will join me in wishing Vince the very best.
I know LSU presented him with something and honored him at the LSU - UGA game at Tiger Stadium this year. Dooley is a class act and a great representative of his school and the entire SEC. His son does a great job on LSU's coaching staff as well!
I dont know. V Dooley was great for Ga. It will be hard to keep up what he has done. only time will tell..
