Pretty typical from Finebaum. What else would you expect? If anything it is groundwork for the bama excuses sure to come after Wed. when it turns out that Miles has recruited possibly the #1 class in America. You notice Finebaum doesn't bother to mention that right? Oh wait, we must be recruiting well due to the victories we have which can only be attributed to NS.

LSU fans are the easiest targets for bama rhetoric about NS. While it's true, it has had a far-reaching effect upon the fans here, the media has carried the story to new heights and will continue to do so until NS fades into obscurity.

Bama fans will continue to flame about NS in order to entice LSU fans into an argument and then point to our obsession with him. I have seen this on several boards and I doubt it will stop any time soon. Best thing we can do is respond as Michael Madsen did in Resevoir Dogs:

"You gonna bark all day little doggy...or are you gonna bite?"

This subject is getting old.....

Considering LSU continues to score top players from there, doesn't say much about his credibility does it? After NS loses 6 games next year, Finebaum will turn on him also. If the picture posted of him is accurate, I would probably be a little bitter too. :lol::lol:

Enough already and worry about your own program. Those are the only two things that I agree with and thankfully they are in the first sentence. Finebaum continues to prove what many people here in Alabama already know. He's an idiot. No one really likes him and many of my UA buddies here refuse to listen to him.

So, if Miles went 11-2 the last two seasons with many of Saban's recruits on the field what did he prove? He proved he could coach great talent. Now Miles and his staff are about ready to close the book on another top rated recruiting class. So that means the talent pool continues to remain deep at LSU. If Miles can coach a talented team and he continues to bring in talented players then if A+B=C he shoud continue to win, and put LSU in the position to win a National Championship.

Besides ... didn't some of Miles' recruits contribute to the success of the team?

Miles has had to face the challenge of following someone that achieved rapid legendary status with many fans, the worst natural disaster in our Nation's History and playing in the toughest conference in the country. He has pulled it all off with class and respectability. All you have to do is listen to the players and the parents of players that are on their way to the Tigers. They'll tell you what we all know and what Finebaum will never admit. Miles has greater character and is a better coach.

And I promised myself I wouldn't get worked up over the mindless dribble that comes out of Finebaum's mouth.

:hihi: LOL, Finebaum is a sht-stirrer. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who wants Saban back. He left. I don't think we would have rehired him for pride alone. Now that he's coaching at Alabama and has made some pretty snippy remarks, I expect Saban will remain in the past except as a speed-bump on our way to another excellent season.

Saban will probably make Bama a player again - welcome to the crowd. The SEC is full of players these days. It may make winning a NC more difficult, but it leaves little room for debating which conference is tops.

I think this is great! It reminds me of two people in a debate and when one starts to get whipped, resorts to name calling.

I don't like LSU so they live in a sewer swamp.

My Crimson Tide suck so LSU is lucky.

Miles is winning with Saban's talent and will never win another game.

I think it's great when a journalist (hard to write that without laughing) is unable to control his emotions and writes garbage comparable to a 10-year old.

Since he claims that we would have won championships the last two years, can we go ahead and claim them anyway? It seems to work for those two schools in Alabama. :hihi:
