Sure easy to say now......but next year when you have NO qb to distribute the ball too all the talented wide recievers, you might change your mind.

And the brandon haris 3-14 stat vs auburn.......when you clearly dismissed the 2-5 stat from jennings with 2 int's against New Mexico State?

dont forget the fumble. in tiger stadium. that earned him a road start but he was the safer play. You should be able to see that.

we dont necessarily want to develop a passer. Les wants the guy who will make fewer mistakes regardless if he completes a forward pass. Now that kept us in it vs UF but its going to be tough sledding from here out. Our qb is going to have to make plays and Harris is likely the guy that we will need. But Im thinking he doesnt see the field until its much too late. Just like Lee used to bail out JJ. Or even Harris against Miss St.

Les will have to change the approach or its going to be a long second-half of the season vs teams with offenses. But in all likelihood, our offense will remain offensive. Embrace it with pride like our coach.

So since you already know Brandon Harris is going to be awesome, why not look in your crystal ball and figure out when he will surpass the terrible Anthony Jennings and start lighting the world on fire. Both have 1 SEC road start. You complained Jennings was 47 percent and 110 yards in a win but claim to know that Harris is the 2nd coming of Jesus when his first SEC road start was at 21 percent for 58 yards. Hell Jennings came in to the Auburn game and looked better than Harris, just like Harris came in to games and looked better than Jennings.

No one has separated themselves as of yet, so go with the guy with more experience and a better grasp of the playbook.

Ok so what about Brandon Harris looking like a fool against Wisconsin since we are talking semantics now.

While Harris looked like crap against Auburn, AJ was just as bad against Miss St. I think AJ is better than some feel, however I would like to see an open competition. I feel that Miles is stuck on AJ. I doubt Harris will get a legit shot a securing the job. Fact is Harris has produced far more, with more efficiency than AJ thus far.

I can't believe some of you think that a true freshman quarterback who has seen significant playing time thus far in the first half of the season are complaining that he isn't going to get a chance or that Miles is stuck on Jennings. When's the last time a true freshman quarterback started for LSU this early in the season, or seen this much pt so early in the season?

Give an inch people want 2 inches, give em 3 they want 4, give em a rope they wanna be a cowboy.

    What did Aaron Rodgers say

    R. E. L. A. X. Relax. Harris will get his shot.

Not even sensibility I guess. Do you think he mismanaged the qb position with Jefferson and Lee? Because the Les I remember in those years waited for the wheels to fall off before making a qb change. Now he is starting true freshmen in SEC road games at the position in the beginning of the season, but everyone seems to think he got Lee'd. I bet Jennings wishes he'd get Lee'd and be allowed to play through the Ole Miss game before getting yanked for the true freshman.

You guys are basing all of this on Lee and Jefferson who by the way and let's be honest weren't really that good. Neither of them, and Les played them both. How do we know either of these guys (Harris or Jennings) are going to have that switch flip and become the quarterbacks the staff hoped they would be. Because I can guarantee you that Les and company had high expectations for Jefferson and Lee too.

So since we are playing I've seen this before, this is what I've seen before. LSU fans clamoring for the back up, the back up really isn't that good either, then they turn on him and start clamoring for the original guy, and it keeps cycling.
