    You think?

How about not voting for someone on the campaign tail doing a damaging drug that we're trying to get a nation, this generation to stop.

I would not vote for an obese candidate. Also, its not the fat that makes people fat, its the processed sugars.

It goes without saying that i would not vote for a cokehead or an alcoholic. But according to your rationale you would if you liked their policies and thought that they 'sucked' less than the other guy.

how about frogleg just not vote. He can't vote for someone that smokes, drinks, obese, etc, etc well that leaves out EVERY DAMN PERSON. Wait, can you vote for people that have an affair on their spouse cause I am sure we can persuade Cain to run again just for you. oh, and frog, just cause you can make the font bigger doesn't make it true. FYI, you should try a more creditable source then Wikipedia. Anyone can change the info in Wikipedia. Any true addict will tell you getting off cigs is a cake walk then getting off of a hard drug. I never heard of anyone going to rehab or jail because they smoked.

Unfortunately for our country you are 100% correct. It is amazing how many people vote based upon this one factor.

I'm glad you just get one vote. What if their addiction was a thing of their past? Are they qualified for the highest office if they've had an addiction and recovered?

Is this really so hard to understand: I will not vote for someone that IS addicted to nicotine.

I will not vote for someone that IS obese.

I would not vote for someone that IS an alcoholic, but would vote for a responsible drinker.

I would vote for someone that drinks coffee, eats pizza, cheeseburgers, and cannolies.

Is is too much to ask for a the head of the country to be not addicted to harmful drugs and is in decent shape and is honorable.

i really need you to admit that you were wrong when you said that Nicotine was not a drug. I cannot debate further without this admission. I cannot debate someone that cannot agree that a clear sky is blue.

The 2012 election, when all is said and done, will have been the greatest farce pulled on the American people in the history of media. The most recent debate was number 21, I believe? Twenty-one debates between Republican candidates only, and all formatted to give each and every candidate an anal probe worse than anything Marsellus Wallace ever dreamed of. They aren't discussing anything of policy matters or issues of consequence to the nation; its all about vetting the candidates over and over and over again; a process Obama never had to endure.....not once. No one could politically survive the hatchet job this process has been. Its all been for the purpose of protecting the most inept president this nation has ever seen. Your post tells me its worked.

i understand that obesity and such indicates character flaws. but those flaws wouldnt necessarily mean that person was a poor poor leader. like john madden is afat, but is a terrific coach, because he is a good tactician.

i respect that you hold adults to standards, and i feel the same way, fat people annoy me and are horrible, and smokers are frustrating as well, because it is so stupid to smoke, but i would still vote for a fat smoker if i thought he favored good policies.
