I'm sitting here in a Jameson Inn in Lake City Fla, 45 miles from the Swamp. There is some serious hatred for LSU down here. Man, it sure feels nice being able to talk a little smack. No one has offered to buy ole' salty a beer. :bncry: Just thought you would like to know. :hihi:

Oh yeah, Disney World was great. I met tons of Tiger fans. Everyone was sporting their purple and gold. I should be back in LA sometime tomorrow. I sure wish I could have seen Flynn tear it up last Sat. night.:thumb: Geaux Tigers!

  2. I lived amoungst the Gator for 2 years. Had to get back.

    At least your just visiting.

I am stuck out here with the fruits and nuts in California.

Man i would probably do just about anything for some good red beans and rice with sausage and cornbread. Tobasco till it turns red and alot of salt and pepper.

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You cant get good Louisiana food out here. They burn something out here and call it blackened Cajun.

In the spring i do a Louisiana Party for all our friends and fly in some crawfish and do some gumbo, Jambalaya, Boudin , . Some people wont even try em ( Crawfish ). But i got a few friends hooked on em.

Well have fun Salty and be safe on your travels.

I live in upper east TN (hour away from Knoxville:dis: ) and it's the same way here. We have one place that is saving my tastebuds though... It's called the Crazy Cajun. The owner's name is Ed, but everyone calls him Crazy. If it weren't for him, I would have to drive to Louisiana a LOT more often.:laflagwav

I finally got my fiancee to try crawfish, and he wasn't all that excited about them. We had them in Louisiana so I know it's not because they weren't done right (I LOVED every one of those suckers), there's just something wrong with him.:hihi:
