Way to go Tigers. Great win in a jazzed opponent stadium. Those CBS guys were slanted to Arky it wasnt even funny. Not much to say about LSU at all. When LSU dback slight contact they wanted interference and when it was the other way it was just incidental. 10-2 and heading to a good bowl game. I predicted 10-2 at the beginning of the year. That was one hell of a win against a top 5 team. It was National for the pollsters and we go into our bowl game probably ranked 4 or 5.
Funny how two people can hear the same thing and get a completely different feeling. I almost got tired of hearing how great we are ... they were drooling over LSU.
I thought the announcers gave us props. I heard 'em say more than once that we had the most talent in the SEC. However Lundquist is getting a little long in the tooth and needs to consider retiring. Not overly impressed with Daniellson as an analyst. No excuse for calling Miles, Moss more than once.
These guys were sucking on the jocks of what ever team had the momentum. At least they continuously gave props to the SEC. Damn I love this conference
Lundquist and Danielson are really lame. I was waiting for a two shot in the booth to see if they were wearing red or if they were sporting McFadden replica jerseys. At least Lundquist doesn't need the hog head. This was the most serious case of ass kissing I've witnessed since the media falling over themselves to crown USC phantom champs. As pathetic as the ESPN announcers are, they're leagues better than these two guys. One question: Why can't that officiating crew ever drop a flag for blatant holding? The hogs were absolutely embracing our defenders on every play. The same sort of thing went on at Auburn and Gaynessville. Does the SEC have the worst officiating in the country or are they only bad when the Tigers play?
Couldn't agree more. They were talking so highly of McFadden at one point and were "ooo-ing" and "ahhhh-ing" with every play, I looked at my dad and said, "You would think they would look up at the scoreboard once in awhile."
That was ridiculous. And Lundquist, apparently, was working without either a spotter or a roster, because he repeatedly misidentified players. Hey, I heard today that in Europe they call our coach Les Kilometers. LOL!
