Looks like this sportswriter is giving Fisher credit for starting a new offensive strategic trend. Oh yeah, I was telling a buddy about that play today, I thought it was awesome. I called it The Mauck(mock) option, because he faked the option and passed it out to a WR. I emailed the writer, Matthew, and said he must be psychic because I thought that play was especially cool and I had been bsing about it all day. I think he liked what I called it, and he emailed me back.
If Jimbo wasn't good enough to have other teams clamoring for his services he wouldn't be good enough for LSU wanting to keep him. Nobody was beating Lou Tepper's door in to try to hire him away from LSU.
