The American people's most sacred civil right, the civil right to bear arms was given a tremendous boost. The Ninth Circuit ruled that their is no individual right to bear arms. This is good news because the Ninth Circuit is the equivalent of a TuWho? political prediction. Once reality hits (the Ninth Circuit decision is appealed), its proclomations are reversed/proven false. I would have been quite concerned for civil rights in this country had the Ninth Circuit ruled differently. For those unfamiliar, this ridiculous court is the one the Supremes denied the right to hear death penalty cases because their decisions were not based in law.
