Is it just me? Or did Georgia seem to gain more respect out of the loss than LSU did from the victory? Not just this article, but Trev Albert's idiotic comment, the Gameday crew's "better team lost" remark. I seem to recall that this was supposed to be a game that would firmly establish the winner as contender and the loser as pretender. Seems like GA picked up more respect in losing than we did in winning? (Bill O'Reilly reference) Am I wrong?
Just wante to thank all the tiger fans for the great hospitality shown to this dawg. My buddy and I had a great time. The stadium is a hell hole...but I guess that is the way you like it. It was as loud as advertised and I was a bit skeptical. Here's to the gang at the Pastime...don't know which was better, the pizza of the oyster po'boy. Hopefully we'll see y'all in Atlanta.
