No doubt - we have all the goods. LSU's defense is incredible, Receivers and running backs are more awesome than I can ever remember.

Turnovers and Penalties will obviously matter.

The only area where I see that we could be exposed is in the ability of the offensive line to manage the Alabama defensive line and LB play.

You know Saban will be stunting and showing defensive attacks that LSU has not seen all year. And I worry that Jarrett Lee, as much of a fan I am of his - still shows some tentativeness when he gets pressured.

I believe that if our OL can give him the time he needs - we will dominate. However, if the AL Linebackers get to JL a couple of times, and he gets rattled - it's going to cause problems for LSU's offense big-time.

Yeah ... Bama don't protect their QB ... and we get his arse with good hits and it's all over but the shouting ... BAMA has holes in their OL ... injuries

    ... LSU 38, Bama 13

Edit ... Also, No credible backup for Bama ... Mc Carrion is all they got ... and it might not be enough to stay close for a quarter

Are you calling him Mc Carrion on purpose as some kind of awfully unfunny joke?

I would assume that CLM has the defense loaded with 12 or 13 players to give Lee a chance to practice checking down on blitzing. It will also give our line practice at picking up multiple players coming in at them as Saban love to bring the blitz from all over the field. After what CLM did to prepare for U of O, I'm sure he has something for Bama.:thumb:

Lee will have to learn to check to alternate receivers quickly. Randal will be covered. After his perfrmance aginst au, bama will be covering him tight with help from a safety. Lee won't have much time. For our passing game to work, the running game will have to set up play action.

Bama will be trying to knock Lee out of the game, so, JJ better be ready to win.
