how are you supposed to vote for the best when youve only been to a few? i guess the media can make a good judgment. i guess the question should be which of these places is best--but even then, how many fans have been to the 5 listed? that OhSt one is tough to get for an sec fan.
i've been to ohio state and somehow, you just don't get the atmosphere when you wake up at 6 to tailgate for a game that starts at noon. not to mention pregame takes 4 hours to spell ohio
I remember one year Playboy listed the best tailgating schools. At the bottom of the list there was an asterik which drew the reader's attention to the fact that LSU was not listed. Playboy explained that it limited its list to amateurs, and when it came to tailgating, LSU was a professional. Loved it.
