Every time I see one of these polls, I wonder what the point is, why people care about such polls. I am not picking on anyone in particular. Rather I am just wondering how they are relevant to anything.
It only helps very little, but it takes a bite out of the theory that the public believes USC is the better of the two teams. It in a small way tells ESPN to Go to Hell.
Staggering results thus far.... And don't be nieve. All those that voted aren't all LSU fans--so there's a good bit of credibility there.
I doubt this poll has any credibility. I've received the link in mass emails from three different LSU friends. Also, you can vote more than once. Internet polls mean even less than AP polls.
