Fox8 News among other sources reported that there's a VERY
big incentive for one more win = $3,000,001. One dollar higher
than the current highest paid college coach Bob Stoops. Opinions.
Who jets to the NFL first? Stoops or Saban? Or do both stay for a while and build dynasties at their programs? I say it depends on the offer and situation, but it's uncanny how similar these no-nonsense defensive gurus are.:dis:

I believe it will be more around 2.5 million and not 3. I think both Stoops and Saban will stay put for a good while.

Stoops is reportedly at $2.5 million, but I don't think they have every publicly said how much it is.

Saban seems to be happy as a college coach. He is an excellent recruiter and a marvelous coach. He can't build this type of team in the NFL with salary caps and primadonnas.
