LSU hung on to win a tough SEC game against the defending SEC Champ ...

    ZERO TURNOVERS

    5 PENALTIES - 30 YDS

I believed they accomplished at least one pre-game goal that coaching requested from the players ... cut down penalties and eliminate turnovers.

Those are the big positives I see from this game.

Very true, just one TO in this game would have lost it for us.

Ramah had prepared a scathing review of the coaching staff, but had to ditch it at the last second

    I agree .

No doubt our offense was not sharp and hasnt been in a long time.

Jimbo needs to take a look at his gameplans and how he is preparing Jamarcus to execute them.

He is improvising way too much and is not able to read defenses at all.

But how do you blame him for the receiver drops.

Oh well we won and hopefully some games to get us sharp will help.

    How big is Alabama-LSU now.

Bo Pellini keep doing what your doing and thanks.

Everything you said is correct except the above statement.

I thought Jamarcus read the defense in this game very well, hence the no interceptions, and 250 dropped balls. You could see him making checks at the line and going through his progressions.

The improvising is a product of ****ty playcalling. He saved our ass a few time tonight by improvising.

Wonder if they were so careful about penalties and turnovers that the offence were somehow held back and being a bit conservative. Ramah had a good point in that they do deserve the credit for achieving that goal.

Bowe had a somewhat off game, dropping several key balls.. Otherwise the offense would have been more productive with points (2 TD's and some key first downs)
