Georgia only has florida and auburn in their way to an undefeated regular season. If I were them I would like my chances. But they have zero chance of jumping the 3 teams infront of them if those teams stay undefeated. Atleast two of the teams infront of them will play conf. championships.
Georgia could be this year's Auburn. Or you could say right now that so could Va Tech, Bama, FSU, PSU, TT, UCLA.
Georgia has to play Auburn, Florida and then the SEC championship game. That is no cake walk and some of the other undefeated have a much easier path to an undefeated year. I still think if an SEC team comes out undefeated for the year they deserve a chance for the BCS game.
UGA will not be this years AU b/c they would have to go through the SECCG. Besides, I think UF will beat them.
I said it at the start of the year and I'll say it again. Bama and UGA will be in the SECCG. We will beat them. Before someone digs up an old post, I said that it would be Bama and UF/UGA. The butt whoopin' that Bama put on them, plus the one that ya'll are gonna put on them will eliminate UF.
So then you must be assuming that someone else will beat us b/c there is no way the Tide is going to keep us out of ATL.
You are overlooking some major obstacles there, chief. Perhaps your team is too. Bama still hasn't played it's principal West Division opponents. The phrase "rude awakening" comes to mind.
Kind of overlooking Nov. 19 aren't you? At this time it has been 1423 days since bama beat Auburn and come Nov. 19 you can add another 365 :thumb:
I'm going to pull a Joe Willie, since you should be very familiar with him .... and go ahead and guarantee LSU victories over the trio of Florida, Alabama, and Auburn, which should put us in the SECCG.
