    LSU (8-1) at Alabama (4-6) - 7:45 p.m. ET
Why to watch: Alabama's first season under head coach Mike Shula has been a rocky one, but all can be forgiven if the Tide can win its next two games playing Sugar Bowl hopeful LSU and archrival Auburn. The Tide is coming off its strongest performance of the year after a 38-0 pasting of Mississippi State, while LSU is on a three-game winning streak beating South Carolina, Auburn and Louisiana Tech by a total of 113 to 24. It's not enough for the Tigers just to win their next three games against the Tide, Ole Miss and Arkansas, it has to win them convincingly, and then win the SEC title game in order to hope for a trip to New Orleans.

Why LSU might win: Alabama's offense is starting to pass the ball a little bit better, but this is still a one-dimensional attack utilizing Shaud Williams and the running game more than Shula would probably like to. LSU has the number one run defense in the SEC, and number two in the nation, and should be able to close down the Tide ground attack and force Brodie Croyle to try and win with through the air.

Why Alabama might win: The LSU offense is good, but this is a team that wins with, and feeds off its defense. If the Tide can get a big performance out of its defense at home, this will be a very close game and it's possible LSU will have a few problems on the road if it's tight. Louisiana Tech game aside, this isn't necessarily a high-powered LSU attack, so Alabama has to try and find a way to get up early.

Who to watch: LSU quarterback Matt Mauck deserves more credit for his magnificent season. He was brilliant against Louisiana tech completing 18 of 20 passes for 311 yards and four touchdown averaging a ridiculous 15.6 yards per pass. He has nine touchdown passes in his last three games and has turned into the passing quarterback Tiger fans were hoping he'd be.

What will happen: There's no stopping LSU right now. The Alabama defense will put up a great fight, but the offense won't be able to get moving on this amazing Tiger D.

    Line: LSU -6.5

    Must See Rating: (5 must see - 1 Love Actually) ... 4

    Fearless Prediction: LSU 27 ... Alabama 10
