CBS is BACK! New Pete Carroll Movie!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (December 9, 2003 -- AP Press) Just a few months after the debacle at CBS regarding The Reagan Movie, CBS announced today that they will be releasing a movie based on Pete Carroll's 2003-2004 Football Team. Its going to be called, "The Power of Suggestion" and several CBS executives are quoting as saying that its going to be a blockbuster. "It's going to be huge," Ron Blanchard, Director of Development for CBS was quoted as saying, "It's going to tell a tale about how team could take a single win against Wash State and parlay that into a National Title.....by using the power of suggestion." When asked how the movie would handle criticisms that USC has received during the year due to their lackluster schedule, Ron was non-plussed. "Its not going to be a big deal. We have plenty of beautiful shots of USC players running past Arizona State players. We got the same cinematographer that worked on Teen Wolf 2. Its going to be a beautifully shot movie." "In fact, " Ron beamed, "we've got one scene that inter-cuts shots of USC football players scoring touchdowns and shots of boys killing ants with a magnifying glass. This juxtaposition symbolizes how powerful USC's team can be....when matched against clearly inferior opponents." Pete Carroll, for his part has been attending galas all around town trying to raise publicity for the movie. Monday night, he was spotted at a charity function with a visibly intoxicated Trev Alberts. Pete wore a lovely white gown and sang a tearful rendition of "Tomorrow" from the musical Annie. Afterwards, Pete and Trev sang a duet on stage. A rip-roaring version of "Do you believe in Magic?" Finally, near the end of the charity event, they showed a clip of the forthcoming CBS Movie. In one scene, a misty-eyed Pete Carroll peered up at grey clouded sky. "God," he said, "are we really number one?" Just then, the clouds cleared and beam of light burst through. God looked down on Pete and in a soft but firm voice said, "No."
this makes me sick..... I'm going to barf......... I bet OJ could've been elected Governor of that pethetic state

"One look in her eyes and he lost all control, those Hollywood nights are looking so right, those high rollin' hills just lookin' for thrills" Bob Segar
You know, is it just me...or does Pete Carroll's uncanny physical resemblence to a young Bill Clinton bother anybody else as well?
You can't insult somebody who has no shame. But that's another topic for another board at another time.
