ATLANTA -- Sylvia Fowles, a junior center for LSU's women's basketball team, has been named one of 25 players to the 2006-07 preseason "Wade Watch" list for the State Farm Wade Trophy, given annually to the nation's best Division I player, it was announced by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association. Some good recognition for Syl and, with Seimone in the pros (and being named the ROY in the WNBA) SYl will have the opportunity to really show it!! Hope to see her really take over. Erica White had a fantastic couple of weeks with the Gold Medal winning and record smashing U20 US Team.
