A product by Diversified Foods & Seasonings Inc. I bought a couple of packs at that farmers' auction. It gets confusing though. It's packaged in something like those tiny ziplock sandwich size bags but it's plastic and the top reads, "CHURCHPOINT STATIC MARINATION". The label has an address for Diversified Foods And Seasoning Inc with a Mandeville address. 1115 N Causeway Blvd, Mandeville, LA 70471 Phone: (985) 626-9926 That's what made me think to post here hoping Kyle or Steve, among others, may know. I did a search and it's made in Metairie, Madesonville, and Nebraska. One thing for certain, shitz good! Put some on ribeyes recently and loved it. Anyone else use this?
Diversified foods is Al Copeland's spice company that has the contract to supply Popeye's with their seasonings and spices. They're office is in Mandeville and they had a production facility on Bootlegger road there. But the main production facility is now in Nebraska.
