Forum Menu at bottom of pages is gone?

    I've noticed that the menu that used to be at the bottom of the page you were viewing is gone. So now I have to scroll all the way to the top to get to a menu to go to another thread/forum?

    I'm using my wife's work computer and can't be putting bookmarks and such.
