In the last few years, there has been an influx of Tigers into the NFL. I was sitting here watching the Steelers/Eagles game, someone mentioned Alan Faneca and it got me thinking about how many former tigers are not only in the NFL, but starting in the NFL. Its quite a list. I wonder how we compare to other schools.

Here is the list I came up with. If I missed someone, post away.

Note that these guys arent necessarily guys that have started games in the past, just those listed first on the depth chart at this point in the preseason.

EDIT- Added Eric Edwards, he isnt listed on lsusports.net for some reason. Im not going to add Peterman just yet, since he isnt listed as the starter on nfl.com.

Eric Edwards was 1st team for the Cards, but I think he has already gotten hurt... don't know how serious his injury is/was.

Update: Still listed as first team on NFL.com

Injury Update: Pectoral Muscle injury estimated to be out 3 weeks as of 8/5...

You forgot about Devery Henderson with the Saints...

Nevermind... I just paid attention to the title... "STARTING"

Although Devery is fighting for a starting job right now....

What is the list of former tigers presently in the NFL?

BTW - did anyone see the huge game trev faulk had against chicago this w/e? 12 tackles and in the backfield all night. could he by vying for a starting LB spot on that sad rams defense?
