    Got to go to a 49 er preseason game and see him play.

    Did a diabetes walk today and didnt get to see the game but boy oh boy are Raider fans in meltdown mode.

    Glad to see Melvin doing well.

    The 49 ' ers also picked up safety Mark Roman so they have a few LSU boys.

    Is Spears getting much playing time at DE? I saw him last year alot but I kept looking for him during the Eagles game and never saw him. Wasnt paying much attention. His he playing any FB in the red zone?

    I live in Dallas now and follow the cowboys especially former LSU players. Spears is starting each week and having a nice year so far but only has one sack. They have not used him at FB this year in the red zone yet but I wouldnt be surprised if they did at some point this season.

    They are loving Brady James. Just gave him a big 'ol contract extension. Too bad Skyler didn't show much in pre-season. Would have been nice watching him returning punts this year.

    I wonder if Skyler will get any playing time now that Parcells moved him to RB. I know it wont be this year or maybe the next. Does anyone think another team will keep him at that position?
