If you are like me then your (504) number does not work. I can call out but cannot receive phone calls. I can receive text messages. I just bought a T-Mobile pre-paid phone. Stings at first, but you can recharge it. I bought it so I could get a local delaware number so people could access me. I would recommend this option to anyone looking to keep their NOLA or MS number but want access. You can recharge it, which is great considering I don't know how long we will be without service.
