They don't seem to understand that restrictive gun laws only affect the law abiding citizen. The criminal element is still going to find a way to arm themselves, because they're predators. And besides, what's an additional weapons charge to somebody w/ a murder charge already hanging over him? They can only hang him once.
Seems pretty simple doesn't it. The other part is the courts have gotten so liberal that if you should protect yourself or someone else you better be so correct in your decision its rediculous. Cause they will come after you. There was a case in Louisiana that a girl was molested so the father shot the perp. Guess who served more time. That's right dear old dad served longer than the child molester. :cuss: Whoda thunk it.
