We're going to a friend's house. I'm just gonna take some boudin, Zatarain's mustard and some garlic bread

I am going to SEE (Hopefully) if I can find some crawfish up here and do a boil. If not, maybe some boiled Shrimp, Sausage, Boudin etc....
Along with my Wifes Saints Cake.

Haven't decided on a menu yet, but I can heartily recommend Batty's Crawfish Boulettes. I made them for Saints/Vikings and they were very tasty.

I'm thinking maybe some crawfish etouffe and stuffed mushrooms will find their way onto the table this time.

hey kyle, if you cant find anyone in wf to order abita for you, i'll get the phone number of the liquor store here that carries it. maybe you can call them and see if they can get enough from the distributor to make it worth your while to make a road trip to pick some up. they usually have a decent selection on the shelves, i just never have looked to see how much of each they have.

Since I'm up here in North Texas, I'm just doing an Italian Super Bowl feast. I thought about trying to procure some crawfish tails to make a crawfish fettucine, and I might still do that, but as of now:

    lasagna
chicken with spiral pasta in cream sauce
    bunches of appetizers
