Elections will never fix America, but there are some lawful tools that can and would . . . if a significant number of Americans muster the resolve and solidarity to use them.

Consider the following potential power:

1. Justice Fellowships

3. The Bill of Rights

4. 42 U.S.C. § 1981. - Equal rights under the law

5. USC 18 Sec. 1654. Appearance personally or by counsel
In all courts of the United States the parties may plead and conduct their own cases personally or by counsel as, by the rules of such courts, respectively, are permitted to manage and conduct causes therein. (emphasis added)

[Lawyers have no lawful power beyond that possessed by lay citizens. Lay citizens need to make that Fourteenth Amendment fact painfully clear to the Legal Brotherhood that has done so much to nullify unalienable rights, and Bill of Rights protection. 7. Fully Informed Grand Juries. So-called run away grand juries i.e., grand juries exercising their Fifth Amendment protected power to function independently.

With active grand juries in every jurisdiction, like the sword of Damocles the specter of personal accountability will haunt every office holder and official in America.

8. Fully Informed Petit Juries, aware of their power to judge the law as well as the fact and acquit the victims of bad law.

This would eventually put an end to the unlawful indictment by information.

perhaps i should. i gratefully accept your constructive criticism. but i have advice for you as well.

people tend to tune out if you blister them with constant vague proclamations about general principles you believe in. they tend to be moe engaged if you take a specific point and discuss that and interact without preaching down at them. also people enjoy it when you use more accessible language.

i am not saying i dont do the same pedantic nonsense you are doing right now. i am just pointing out that sometimes there are better ways to convince people.

I'm not a big fan of lawyers because I think they lie alot and do what they can to bury the truth. But they are needed because some of them are good. The problem is... you're speaking in lawyer jargon and no one gets it. Also, it does look like you're setting up a blog. Truthfully, you'll need to explain yourself.

That, or bleed purple and gold. Your choice. :lsup:

 

An unlawful legal system has supplanted the genuine law of the land and a multitude of opportunists and parasites have become financially dependent upon it. It's going to take knowledge and time to dismantle what has become an evil institution. Unfortunately I can do no more than to share my conclusions and urge my fellow citizens to subject the issue to severe critical thinking. I urge them to input their own ideas as they emerge.

The legal jargon you mention is long-standing and simply unavoidable. If some individuals choose not to progress beyond the Dick and Jane reading level, I can do nothing about it.

The genuine law of the land is not nearly as complicated as the Brotherhood of Juris Doctors, professional politicians, and their Media lapdogs would have folks believe. It's anchored in simple justice.

Well... When you put it like that, you don't sound pretentious at all.

Lawyers always have, and always will be as underhanded and sneaky as they want to be. Not all of them do it, but a ton of them manipulate the system. And I'm not getting off on a rant about corruption, either, because that's not the case.

People watch Judge Judy and they feel like that sht flies in real courts.
