It doesn't and won't work. 1) The newspaper article above 2) We can't get repeat offenders locked up in prison so what makes anyone think we could put away terrorists. 3) There are far too many terrorists in the world. 4) FBI agents who tried during the 90's died in the WTC 5) More times than not will be after the fact and more innocent civilians will die. 6)The ACLU 7)The news media will expose covert operations and ratt out their own country such as following the money trail. 8) People want to give terrorists more rights than their victims. Btw the world betrayed us long ago Oil for food program
Once a terrorist is arrested he has to go through the legal system. Of course if the Military should kill him before he is arrested, that solves the problem doesn't it. Personally I think there are too many terrorists being arrested and not enough being killed. But once they put their hands up, legally and morally, they have to be taken into custody.
