I'm not surprised, but Saban has a way of getting his players out of difficult situations. It wasn't too long ago two former Louisiana boys - Cam Robinson and Hootie Jones - got arrested with drugs and a gun and the DA in Monroe dropped all the charges. If Saban thinks Ricks is a valuable player that can help his team, something behind the scenes will be worked out. I guess that comes with being the most powerful man in college football. I'm sure Saban's gotten a lot of his players out of bad situations over the years and no one has ever heard a word. I guess time will tell, but I won't believe Ricks will be severely punished until I see it!
