Good column on Tiger Basketball. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/columns/story?columnist=katz_andy&id=2284228
"Instead, LSU's head coach went right to point guard Darrel Mitchell and told him he took a good shot, the right shot." Wow, and we all said it was a horrible shot. They havent stopped Tyrus all night, and with 6-7 seconds, how is this a good shot?
Sitting in my seat in section 203 at the Hartford Civic Center, I turned to my wife and said the same thing....
It's quite sad, but my family and I talk about the basketball team like we do about the Saints.... "When do you think they are going to collapse?" We went over every situation on how the team would lose in the last minute and took bets... I won by picking that we would take a desperation three with enough time left to get the rebound, while only losing by 1.
I really hope we can keep on improving game in and game out. You could see a little improvement against UCONN. That would have been a huge win for us if we would have beaten the #2 team in the country on its home floor. I really do not like John Brady being our coach, but let's see what he can do in the SEC this year. Skip said last year that if attendance is as bad as last year's and he does what he did in the NCAA Tournament last year, Brady is gone.
We went toe to toe which the most talent team in the country & ignorance fan bashing J. Brady. How did we do that? Oh well, there are ignorance fan all over the country. Ignorance UConn fan also boo their number 2 ranked team yesterday. Swat.
Really, why dont you go and do some research before posting next time. Hmmmm. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
I like where this team is headed and these close games show how good we are. They can only help once we start conference play. Good to see they have their head up and not looking to place blame or down on themselves. Shows signs of good coaching...
