Everyone's picks are fair except for Masisel's in my opinion. If LSU were to drop as low as the Music City Bowl, the Independence Bowl would be all over LSU and would cut some kind of deal to get LSU to Shreveport. Even in mediocre season's LSU will get a better bowl than most teams because LSU can sell tickets. The bowl committee sees dollar signs that come with LSU ticket sales.

What a boring bowl to go to! I would hate for the Tigers to go to the Music City Bowl. I would much rather go to the Indy Bowl instead. Besides, I am still confident that LSU will be in a New Years Day bowl game. I would love to play in the Citrus or Outback Bowl. Not to bad to build on for next years run at the MNC.........:lsug:

What does MNC stand for? I know National Championship, but what's the M?

Mythical. From the days of #1 playing #4 and #2 playing #3. The name isnt as accurate as it once was, since the BCS matches the #1 and #2 teams. Regardless of what people think about the BCS, it is better than anything we had previously.

i know we got 2 freebie wins...then we get auburn, georgia, AND florida all on the road

then after that we get 5 straight home games before finishing the season in little rock where we have never won and houston nutt has never lost

it will be very tough to run the table next year

Actually, since Va. Tech cancelled on us, its likely that we will have 3. Plus we pick up Vandy next year. We wont have much of a warm up before going to Auburn, though. We open SEC play in Auburn.

I 100% agree with you Tigerbait28. The schedule is much harder next year. The only positive is that we will be better next year with more mature players, especially if we finish this season with 1 or 2 losses (maybe 3).

I would like to see LSU in the Fiesta Bowl.
    1) I get to see them play
    2) New Year day game I think
    3) may help in getting players from the west coast

BCS is a bunch of crap, but those bowl predictions are way out of line. I still think WV has a chance at beating VT this week in a huge upset. Beano Cook thinks LSU has a chance at the NC if I heard the report correctly.
