guess who is #1 - #3???? Trev might have helped Ivan with this poll. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/columns/story?columnist=maisel_ivan&id=1704237
that young qb for call is going to be very very good, They might take a little time, but This pick is justified. If you watched what they did in their bowl game against va tech you would be just as impressed, they did it with their best wide out on the sidelines with a broken arm. eric
The QB from Cal was deadly against VT. Everything was right on the money. Very good performance from him.
Cal? I see USC at the top of his pre-season poll. Where do you see Cal? Despite the #2 ranking, he's right on everything about LSU except for the possibility of Mauck playing while in dental school. Impossible, especially since LSU's dental school is in New Orleans.
I think they have OU overrated. Tommie Harris said today he is entering the draft, and their offense has been exposed since the Baylor game, but especially in the last 2 as being soft on the interior with a very immobile QB. I think OU should be #5 or #6. We already know Sean Jones is not coming back for Georgia, hopefully Pollock will not either. Teams 11-15 are huge surprises to me, most of them since they are even ranked that high, but Ohio St #15....what a drop off!
quoted by Ivan the terrible ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Given the Trojans' dominance, their talent, and the lack of a challenger in the Pac-10, it's easy to assume that they will make it to the Orange Bowl for the BCS championship. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Doesn't the lack of a challenger say it all?
