Its never to early to start looking towards March Madness and the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Currently Joe Lunardi of ESPN has us as a #7 seed with our seed rising.

Its way to early to be thinking about what bracket the Tigers will be in. 12-1 now but the 14 remaining SEC games will determine what their seeding will be.

That's nice, but if Lloreda and our guards cannot handle zone defenses better than they have so far, excellent defensive-oriented teams will absolutely destroy us.

Then again, there's still 2 months before the big dance begins, and this team will be better come March than it is now.

I think the gaurds will come around and start shooting better. We were over 50% last night. I think eventually, other teams will start respecting the outside shots and wont play quite as much zone, and if they do, they will get burned. Im a little worried about it, but I think we will be alright.

    and your point is??

give some credit where it's due

even after being 12-1 people find things to complain about with our basketball team

those defensive minded teams can destroy us...the fact is, if we go 7-7 in our final 14 games, and win a game or 2 in the SEC tourney then we WILL be a #7 seed in the tourney

I dont want to go 7-7 in our final 14 games. I want to win the SEC! Yes, they are 12-1 and playing pretty well, but I dont think anyone can deny that they arent yet where they need to be. Until they are playing perfect basketball, there will be something to complain about.
