this team shared a national title???? i realize a few of the players are gone but how can this be?

This team didn't share or win anything except one game. The 2003 team however went 13-1 and won the National Championship.

Hey Pal, at least we played a decent team. Who was it that Alabama opened against? Utah State? Gimme a break. Oregon State was a much better team than their ranking (or non-ranking).

Gee, I don't know. That's a really good question. And somehow LSU didn't actually share the title. All the BCS teams agreed to the BCS format including USC. Hmmm...playing by the rules means that LSU won the championship. How can this be? I don't know. I am so confused. I mean, we almost lost tonight. This must prove that we were not NC material last year. I mean how can this be? I am totally confused. :lol:

I think people should just forget about calling this team a defending championship team as it IS a different team with younger players, and it is a whole new season. Remember what Saban said????
