The campaign seems to be viewed in an ambivalent, almost positive light, in the passing mention in this article: http://www.ajc.com/sports/content/sports/1203/02bcs.html I'd say that the writer of this was impressed by our response to the "great tyranny" of the human polls. And the count's up to 15 arguments.
The author, Tony Barnhardt, is a member of the AP voting group. After reading it again, it's obvious he was not angry about receiving the emails, and understandstands why LSU fans did what we did. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that he will vote LSU #2 if LSU wins. I can't wait to see how close we make it.
Maybe he will discuss this with his collegues at other media outlets. Hopefully this does more help than harm.
