No, that's crazy talk!!!!! What reason would you have for that?? I respect football, pro and college.... I can't wait to see Eli vs Peyton in the NFL. All these kids are just like LSU kids Love of the game, trying to win, make something out of themselves. I don't understand some of the people on these boards thinking about kids since I've been on these boards.
I don't hate him. I have no reason to hate Eli. I like LSU more than Ole Miss, but I don't hate any particular player. I will tell you who I do hate . . . Trev. When he went on college game day final and said that we all have to hope SC meets Okla in the Sugar, that got me pissed off. So I do hate him. I just wish Trev would say that the PAC 10 is better than the SEC. He hasn't said it yet, but he hints at it during all the SC and LSU debates he is a part of. For someone who wants things settled on the field, you would think he would support the team that beat the most top 25 teams. Oh well, I hate him.
I think "hate" is kind of a strong word. I was, however, pretty ticked off at CBS for opting to interview Eli over the phone during the LSU-Arkansas game. That was utterly ridiculous.
Yeah but it was poetic justice as the CBS yahoo was talkin to Eli on the phone and he was discussing what Arkansas had to do to get back in the game, Matt Mauck was completing a 40+ yd touchdown pass to increase our lead to 41-17. It was a thing of beauty! Made both Eli and CBS look kinda silly for even talking about it.
Thanks to our LSU Tigers, the only thing to say to Eli at this point is good luck in the "fill in the blank" Bowl !
