You nailed it Beach!!!! It has everything to do with the defense. Oklahoma had the #1 offense in the nation not USuCk and the LSU defense shut them down just like Green, Manning and many more. IT"S the defense dummies!!!!! USuCk wouldn't cross the 50 yard line much less get a whiff of the endzone!!! There is no split Championship, LSU is the outright National Champions with USuCk from the P(u$$y)AC 10 a distant second.

I agree Eli did get robed.

To think that he was with in a trip of giving your team all that you wanted and maybe more, plus considering the surrounding cast he did it with.

No way he was not the best, most outstanding, MVP, best pro prospect. However you want to measure it, he should have won that award.

Okla Played two teams this year

Okla played 2 teams that were as good or better than they were they lost both games !! The last two games of the season .If OKLA or S CAL played in the SEC week in and week out they would not be 12 -1 they would be like UT this year or Ole Miss like Georgia . How many bowl teams did LSU play how many did S CAL play ? Ole Miss played a better game than did OKLA ! it really does not matter the TIGERS WON !!! I heard that they were dancing in the streets

    Princeton

I'm from Princeton but I'm IN Baton Rouge. However, my son is at Princeton University (a tiger!) right now, and he's going to be at LSU Law soon.
