Although I sold my financial soul to go to the Sugar Bowl "Real National Championship" game a few years ago I have not been in Tiger Stadium in a loooong time. I'm driving down to see family that week and will see another game in Tiger Stadium one way or another. For those in the know what are my chanches of getting decent seats outside the stadium the day of the game if my buddy can't come through with tickets. I know being the 8th game on the schedule they could be easy or very,very hard depending on how the Tigers are doing. Should I go through a ticket agency now (and pay out the as*) or wait and try to get tickets in October? Any input for getting into the FRESNO STATE game on Oct. 21 would be much appreciated. BTY I flew into B.R. last week on vacation and my buddy and I drove down to Grand Isles for 4 days and we tore up the specks. I wish I had been there for the Rodeo.

You will get seats to any game you want outside the gate. You will more than likely pay face for them too (maybe less). The only games I bought tickets ahead of time were the SECCG & NC games and I could have gotten them outside also. Away games the same way.

I would check out Ebay before going through an agency. No matter how well the team is doing there will always be tickets on gameday, now where and how much you pay could be anything.

Another thing you might could try is go to the Fresno State boards and see if any of them are selling their tickets because of the trip distance.

I cant afford tickets this year so I am trying to figure out a way to bring my 52 inch out to the parade grounds to watch the games. So you can come party with us if you dont get any.

Hey, I'd go to the Fresno St. site and buy tix from them---that's what I did.

They got 2,500 tickets, and as of last week had sold about 600 of them, from what I've read. They have until Monday (7/31), then they turn the unsolds back to LSU.

I got 4 tickets at face value, figuring I'll be around mostly LSU fans anyways. Sure, it's visitor's seating, but there's no such thing as a bad seat in Death Valley, eh?

Acuttaly right were we tailgate on the parade grounds is the main electrical box, so I am trying to figure out who to contact to find out what the cost would be to rent the power from them.

See I would do that except there are these REALLY big locks on the box and I REALLY dont want to go to jail for cutting them off.
