    Just FYI. Legally you need a hunting licence and it must be in season to hunt them.

    I breast them out, marinate them for an hour, stick some cream cheese and jalapeno in them, wrap them in bacon and grill.

    Of course. I was just joking around of course. I wouldn't harvest a dove out of season. :eek:

    THIS is how you cook doves. Bacon's great...but without the jalepeno in there, it ain't right. Do this and grill them babies up...after I get back to MS.

    On mine, keep the jalapeno but ditch the cream cheese. Yuck.

    My buddy's dad pen raises pigeons. They're pretty good. Taste just like doves but with more meat.
