Does UT throw their ACE in game one?

    Is it a lock the Hochevar (sp) will pith against USC in game one? I hope he does b/c assuming we both win I like our chances to get a day of rest on friday.

    Most teams will probably keep their rotations the same for the SEC tourney. You don't want to take your Saturday or Sunday pitcher and try to start him on 2 or 3 days rest at this point.

    The SEC tourney isn't important enough to overwork your pitching staff. Save that for the regional, SR and Omaha.

    Yes, because the opponent will be starting their ace.

    NO. They said on the radio today in Knoxville that he would not pitch game 1, but who knows............

    i would have guessed no given they know what they will get out of dumbo. Will be a good time to see if their other selected starters step up when the heat is on.
