Throughout the game, watching Georgia roll all over us in any way they please, I started thinking....wait.....this was a plan! For the first 3 games, Georgia seemed to play down to their opponents. They barely beat Marshall and got the whole country saying that Georgia is overrated. I was starting to think they did this on purpose. They knew they could beat these first 3 teams with ease so why show all the talent? Let's let LSU believe they will be playing against an "all talk" Georgia team, then, let's show up and really whoop up on them. They needed revenge after their embarrasment from last year, and this just seemed like the perfect plan. I'm not saying they actually did it, but it's just a feeling. If that's it, then great job Georgia. I know you fooled me.

Saban has what it takes to turn these young players into champions. All these young players need is the urge to be champions.

I actually considered this as a possibility. Wouldn't surprise me if it was true.

No chance. Although we probably won't see him around much for a few days. And he told me I was a pathetic loser for telling him that his 3 year 36-0 prediction was a stretch.

Turns out I was right after all ramah. I don't believe a word you write about who you are or how much money you bet on games. But assuming you really did lay down a bundle on this game, I have to ask you...

Who's the pathetic loser now, eh?

We were the first team this year to play them man to man. We sacrificed coverage in an attempt to pressure the QB and he still had all day to throw the ball. Man coverage and all day to throw is a guaranteed recipe for disaster. If we can't get pressure blitzing we had better drop back in coverage because even the worst QB in the SEC will have success against man coverage with no pressure. Gawga didn't plan anything LSU's game plan of pressuring the QB just failed miserably and an accurate QB made them pay dearly. Maybe the coaching staff should have watched a little game film and seen what has worked against the gawga offense so far this season instead of depending on what worked last year. To quote Saban last year was last year this is a new team and a new season. We need big time help on both lines to have success against quality teams this year.

    The extra week helped us.

I said it in a previous post before the game that it came down to Danny Ware giving us a running game and thankfully he did.

It was a LOT more than an extra week and Danny Ware although neither hurt. This game was won and lost in the trenches and the battle there was a complete domination by Gawga. Our OL and DL was constantly blown off the line of scrimmage throughout the entire game, that was the difference.
