Sure, we are losing a few good players, but it seems as if many of the younger players are really good. And with the best coach in college football, I think we will dominate next year. Thoughts?
The TEAM will be stronger at most positions due to unbelievable recruiting over the last 4 years ... there are some positions of concern ... QB, DT, S ... that ... MAY ... MIGHT ... need a few games to develop for LSU. That tough schedule will help to season LSU early.
If Clayton stays and no other juniors leave then I would say yes. Someone is going to have to replace the presence of Lavalais and take Hunt's role in the secondary both of which I think can happen.
We will be better next year, or atleast as good. I don't expect a let down season or any fall off. I also don't think we will have several underclassmen leave us. Too many have in the past, and didn't get drafted. So I think we will have a good chance to be ranked high to start the season and that the Tigers could be in this position again next year. Saban did what he told us, he built a winning program.
Go to rivals.com and see how well LSU is recruiting this year. They are currently 4th in the nation. They have 14 recruits so far, and all 14 are rated either 3, 4, or 5 star players. Of the 14, 7 are offensive and defense lineman. That is the making of a very dominating team for the next 4 years. No worries tiger fans. As long as we can keep Saban, the Tigers will be challenging for SEC and national titles.
