Well heres the thing. You dont wait to blow up before you make the all clear? They just dont teach it like that. They more than likely had a threat called in, restrained the kids and THEN checked on it.
no, just better judgement. anyone could mistake it at first glance, no one is blaming them for that. they got themselves into this curfuffle by not exercising better judgement after discovering that it was not a bomb. where is the outrage for the fact that they supposedly believed this was a bomb yet didn't evacuate the school? where is the outrage that a bomb squad wasn't called? did they still think it was a bomb when they hauled him off to jail in handcuffs? if not, then why did the take him away at all?
